We are building a commercial company. It needs strong products, paying customers and disciplined decisions. Without that foundation, bigger promises mean very little.

But profit is not the whole point. Over time, we want Māhanga to create employment, learning, confidence and practical pathways for people who may not otherwise see themselves in technology.

That work must grow from evidence, not slogans. First we have to release useful products, support the people who use them and prove that the company can endure.
